When our food didn’t arrive after the estimated time, I called and they told me the driver would be leaving with our food then. We were comped $4. My salad was quite warm as I guess it had been in the same bag as the pizza.

What makes this location bad is that nobody knows what there doing, no customer service skills. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before they acknowledged me and then no apology for my wait and treated me like I was the problem, didn’t even speak. No uniformity, no uniforms, looked dirty. First time here and last time here. The only hope is that my food is good. This cannot be the LaRosa’s standard, I get it is located in the hood but there should still be a standard.

Lost faith that I could get a normal LaRosas pizza here at my closest location. Obvious personnel/ pizza training issues. Skimping on ingredients, maybe? Not edge to edge and crust is always overcooked. I bypass to Wyoming or Reading locations.

This is the worst location ever! Don’t even bother. We spent 50 DOLLARS On food and not only did we wait almost an hour to have it delivered, 1 calzone of the 4 was correct. We didn’t get any pizza sauce or the ranch that we paid extra for for each calzone. We also ordered wings and they were “correct” i guess but they weren’t well done and didn’t have the sauce on the side and they didn’t give us blue cheese either, but hey, at least the sauce was right! Never again…

Only ever had it delivered to work. Order was only wrong once (ordered salad w/o olives and they put an olive in there, no big deal). Always delivered on time/a little early. Always tastes good. Mozzarella sticks are usually a little lukewarm by the time they get to me though. Still good.

I had food delivered and young black female put a $3.00 tip on my credit card without my permission. Called the store and informed them that it happened and it didn’t get taken care of. Been calling quality control line and nobody has got in touch with me yet. Very disappointed at larosas, they lost future business over $3.00.

Attempted to deliver my food, said I didn’t answer the phone.(They didn’t call me)Then when I straightened it out with customer service, and was told they would send the food again. They called me and Lied about their car being broke down all so they didn’t have to deliver to my place again. I know there car didn’t break down.

Only thing i can say about this place…its in the hood and very ghetto…they forgot part of my order and substituted plain old potatoe chips instead of the kitchen chips i order…other than that the staff was alright….my advice, if you looking for classic hood ambience..this your spot…but if you want clean, safe place to pick up your pizza….skip this spot.
