My favorite restaurant in Vallejo!! I always Door Dash lunch from here. My favorite is the Pork Belly Lunch Special. It comes with Pork Belly, Salt/Pepper Seasme Oil dip, rice and banchan. The pork belly has onions, garlic and jalapenos cooked with them. I always try the different soups as well. I’ve had the soft Tofu Soup, Kimchi Tofu Stew and Spicy Beef Soup. The assorted Soft Tofu is my favorite, it has seafood and beef. Everything I’ve tried is delicious!! I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Had the hot bowl bibimbap. I thought it looked great and tasted great too. The bowl was hot enough to crisp the rice a little bit which I like. I was going somewhere else but at the last minute decided to go here. Glad I did.

I cannot get enough of Korean Mammas Cooking! There is no other place I can go within 10 minutes of me where I can get a sizzling bowl of bibimbap. The service is always fast and attentive. I wish the place was bigger because I’m sure if they could be packed every night, they would be. The only con is their schedule isn’t always up to date on google, so I would call in ahead of time and make sure it’s a live person as well.
