Horrible customer service.! Order was placed I was told it was ready I went inside and politely asked if order was ready the 2 female employees looked at me and completely ignored me more customers stared walking in after me and they all got there orders and I was still waiting

It was amazing. We have been going out the entire “Epidemic” and food service and quality has done nothing, but decline; however that wasn’t the case. Although it was loud due to a birthday celebration and our server had multiple tables never felt ignored or wondered what was up. We got 8 Empanadas and they were perfect. Not Under stuffed like Top Cat Bar and Grill. Never felt disrespected the food was well worth the price.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, WILL BE RETURNING!

We ordered and loved their food all the time…until today on Good Friday. I ordered my favorite CUBANO SANDWICH from them and one of the 3 meats was spoiled or way beyond being fresh. Now I’m nauseous and brushed my teeth and gargled twice. Can someone please rotate or check the date on the food ???

Omg ordered a mofongo last night not only was I charged $15 which is usually $9 but the mofongo was so nasty and crumbled once I started eatting , chicken was rubbery . I would never come back to the restaurant every time you order something they just think of a price nothing is set
