I was in the area and had some time to kill in the morning. I decided to stop in and give this place a try, and boy am I glad I did. A very welcoming home town place to have a good drink and some food. Staff is very nice. Place is clean and well maintained. Plenty of tvs for sports. Highly recommend for any time of the day or night. 10/10 would come back.

Unfortunately this establishment doesn’t allow a 10yr old at 9 am for breakfast. Also, it smells of smoke incase anyone is sensitive to that.

When we chose to try this place we actually looked up breakfast place near our house and this is what came up. However it didn’t tell us it was an actual bar. The food was good however did not like the Smoky atmosphere or that it was actually a bar. But if you like to play pool and have a drink while you eat give Bills a try. I’ll go back in the summer when the patios open.

Great place to go… only if you are a local or regular. If you are not either of the two, you are ignored or harassed by the other drunks until somebody says something. I also did not feel comfortable with remarks from some of the bartenders that were working the night my friends and I were there, I shouldn’t be surprised because Middletown is Middletown and a lot of the people here do not like colored folks. Wish it was a comfortable place for a night out with friends, but if they are not being treated with the same respect as I am, I cannot return.
