In the drive through lane at the W O Street location before 9 pm. Google says the drive through is open until 10 pm. They shut their menu sign off and hold up a closed sign. Please update your hours. It’s annoying to think you’re open if you’re really not. Thank goodness for the Fallbrook location; their hours don’t lie.

There was a large order before me but I shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes for my food. Drove home and found 5 pieces instead of 6. One strip smaller then my index finger and on top of that the burger with the order was cold. Not even warm, just felt like it was sitting at room temperature.

That was bad! Sat in the drive through for 35 minutes for some melted blizzards. They were moving slooooow. There was also some clear gunk on the bottom of the cups that looked like mold. It was not a pleasant experience. Dear DQ please close this location, or make it a lot better.

Very distasteful when you pull up to order food and you can’t read the menu board because the lights are shut off on it and when u ask if something is wrong with it the girl working says no it’s just off because we close soon. Really you close in about half an hour the drive thru has plenty of cars sitting in it and they are having issues ordering as well because it is dark out your business is still open but you shut the lights off on the menu board so ur customers can’t read it people were using their phones to shine the flashlight on it to order. No Thanks I will take my business else where . Bad choice on this manager and employees working we were not the only vehicle to drive off due to this.
