The employees working that night was great. The young lady working at the window was very polite and up beat. Was a great experience. Nice to know there are still people that want to do the best job. I would definitely not recommend had to go in not just once but 2 times to fix my food yesterday you know your employees are trash when you gotta have a stack of free item coupons for messing up on stand by. I was a lager before and how they run that Taco Bell is the reason they mess up orders they need to get on the ball and learn to run a store!

Went through the drive thru and had to repeat my order several times to the lady. After I got my food and looked in the bag, my burrito wasn’t in there and she got some of my order wrong. I went back to the window to get my burrito and she was saying that I was the one who got my order wrong. I won’t be going back in a while.

Good staff that’s clearly trying their best during some difficult times. The last time I went the card reader was on the fritz, and a couple times before that their soda machine was out of carbonation. Foods fine. Exactly what you expect from a taco bell.

I wouldn’t recommend this taco bell to anyone. We tried getting the $5 boxes for my 3 kids and they overcharged for everything and didn’t even put it in the separate $5 box each like it’s suppose to come in. The guy just threw everything in our sack together..the nacho cheese dorito tacos was so soggy when I got home that they all fell apart. It was almost the whole thing lettuce then meat. I was going to show proof of the receipt but it wasn’t even readable so I couldn’t do the survey either.
