My mother and I were looking for a quick meal and headed to this Larosas. Unfortunately for us, we didn’t realize this was a carry-out only restaurant. However, there were two small tables outside and the manager, John was extremely helpful in making our experience just as good, if not better than if we were at a full-service place. He turned our minor disappointment into a spectacular meal out. We will definitely be coming back, if for no other reason than to just say hi to John, who provided amazing service that is simply hard to find these days.

We had ordered a calzone a while back. It had the wrong toppings. They sent out a replacement. Unfortunately, the dough on the replacement was raw. They gave me a credit, which I used tonight. Upon taking a bite of the calzone, my roommate discovered that, once again, the dough was raw! It was so raw that it stretched like melted cheese after taking a bite. Unfortunately, it was raw dough instead of melted cheese. My roommate was so frustrated after three bad calzones, she didn’t even want to call the store. After this experience, we’re done ordering from here.

I mostly get delivery, sometimes get pickup. My pizzas are always sloppily prepared (uneven toppings, burned, etc). Delivery time is about average, 30-40 minutes, even though I live less than a mile away. The only reason I ever order from here is if I’m craving some Larosa’s-specific item… otherwise it’s not worth the hassle.

We were at the Mariemont Ohio and we had the worst food we ever had at Larosa’s. Tasted like no sauce on chicken bacon ranch pizza. May as well have just ordered takeout, everything was in to go boxes. Manager was not very friendly. Worst store we’ve ever been in.

Mariemont LaRosa’s is by far the worst LaRosa’s I’ve gotten pizza from. It’s almost always wrong or the pizza looks messed up. Cheese is only in the middle of the pizza and it was not supposed to have sausage.

Have been a customer for years with no problem until last week. Had an order delivered and it was not right. Called and got an immediate credit. Ordered today using credit and everything was perfect.
