The staff was friendly and the food was great. I think the staff could use a little more training on how to welcome customers, take orders, and follow up, but they were all friendly. The place was clean, and so was the ingredient line, which is usually a mess at other places, so that was nice to see. It looks like they did have a liquor license at some point, but they no longer serve alcohol. Was looking forward to a beer. Overall I would come back for the food, but they would really benefit from a professional organization tightening up.

I think it’s a new restaurant because there was nothing on the walls but paint. Our server was good, but not great. The food was excellent. It’s not the best fried rice I’ve ever had, but it was yummy. We got the quesadillas and pot stickers for our apps. Then we ordered the Supreme Fried Rice Bowl. I’ve never had pot stickers before and these were divine.

Best place for some me time! Took myself out and had a ball! The lo mein noodles will forever be my favorite base! Mr Ron is excellent in what he does. The restaurant is clean and has enough space to be close to family and safe to social distance as well! Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, date nights/days!

We walked in, weren’t greeted. The servers were running the hostess stand, I had to walk up to the bar to ask if we need to wait over by the hostess stand. There was an employee sitting at the bar talking on their cellphone. Our food and drink order took forever to be taken by our waitress- but we somewhat expected it since she was the only one really doing anything between the other 3 servers. Our drinks took forever to come out, and so did our food. The restaurant wasn’t too busy, only one section was full and majority of people already had their food. When the food came out it was hot but it seemed like the sauce I had put in the two cups vanished. The rice was dry, and it was like the protein was over cooked and the vegetables were undercooked. I was APPALLED that the large bowls were $25 each… for that price the food should have been a heck of a lot better. The kids macaroni was over $8 for 1/2 a box of Kraft. Never again will I be back.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t have a good experience here. I waited over an hour for one single bowl I placed an order for online. I also got approached by three different men while I was waiting for my food trying to hustle money out of me. I was very close to ditching my take out and leaving without my food or money back.

I experienced some of the worst service ever at this restaurant. This was my first time back in quite a time and I will not go again. The bar was quite messy. It was not clean. Considering it was not a lot of customers, it should have been better kept. There was only one cook. Poor guy needed help and he looked like he was a new hire. The manager would come occasionally and help but he spent most of his time at the front talking with waitresses. This made food take forever to come out. The entrance door was messed it so it was hard to open. I witnessed a potential customer try to open the door to get in but couldn’t and the manager and a waitress was at the front just looking and not helping. Literally watched this woman try to come in and didn’t help. Our waitress took our order but did not write it down. Only to have to come back when she found a pen to take it over again. We had to flag another waitress down to try to get refills to have her tell me “I’m not your waitress” and point to mine and then turn away to talk to the manager. I talked to TWO other customers as we left out and they both agreed how terrible this place has gotten. Do better.

Our local (Chattanooga, TN) Ghengis Grill closed several years ago and I missed it so much. My wife happened to find this one on a road trip home. We walked in and we were the only ones in the restaurant besides the employees. That initially made me worry. But, the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. Ghengis Grill had changed a thing or two about their bowl setup. It wasn’t streamlined at all. You are supposed to give the waiter/waitress your bowl size and starches before you even go to the line, as opposed to getting your bowl, filling your bowl, turning your bowl in to be cooked, and giving starch choices then. The soda machine was also shortly out of order while we were there, so we had to wait a couple of extra minutes before we received our drinks. I would recommend this restaurant even with the minor inconveniences and I would like to think I would go back if I was in this area again.
