This historical landmark boasts a small restaurant home cook burgers fries and hot dogs. I love the flavor of the bacon cheeseburger I ordered, reminds me of something home cooked. Less than 5 minutes to be served with table service after ordering, semi busy at the time too. I personally enjoy water features so the fact that this is right up against the river next to a set of train tracks may not be everybody’s cup of tea. True small town America feel.

Food is always great. I would have given five stars but cleanliness is not their strength. Bathrooms were nasty, salt and pepper shakers were sticky, ketchup bottles were nasty. Needs a little touching up here and there and some pride in the employees. Been eating here for years and don’t plan to stop. Just disappointing.

It kills me to give only 3 stars but I got charged 50 cents for a foam cup for water. Also cheese was on my burger but I didn’t order cheese and I didn’t get any toppings at all except mayo. I love the location and usually get a great burger experience. Hope this was an anomaly.

Got the husky burger and chili cheese fries. Burger was great. The patty was perfect the toppings were fresh and the bun was a good choice as it stayed together even with such large patties. The fries were good but the chili and cheese was kinda plain.
