We will never return here. The employees act like they don’t want to acknowledge you, and then when they do, they treat you like you’re inconveniencing them. This particular employee treated me this way as I ordered my food, and she ignored my child when my child came back to request something. She treated me the same way again when I went to make the request since she ignored my child. I came back after we had picked up our order, to get ketchup, and was ignored for several minutes yet again. She was speaking to the other employee about the order they were working on, saying “These folks are asking for too much.” When she finally acknowledged me, I asked for some packs of ketchup and she handed me one cup. At that point I said “Could I please have two more? Since we ordered three meals? I won’t ask you for anything else after this.” I left and went outside to eat, and my friend told me to look at my daughter’s corn dog. Burnt and half without batter on it, I would say I couldn’t believe they’d send that food out, but given the demeanor of the employees, I guess it makes sense. I’ve worked in the service industry so I get it isn’t a dream job, but I would have never treated customers like this or sent out subpar food like this.

The place definitely lacked atmosphere, and customer service, and customers honestly. We were the only ones there during the 12 o’clock hour until the last few minutes when one guy walked in. Whole place was being ran by one fella taking the orders and preparing everything in the back. Under staffed and over worked aside, Dude didn’t have a friendly bone in his body. BUT… All that aside… The corn dog, Texas Rodeo dog, and the fully loaded fries were REALLY GOOD. REALLY REALLY. It’s worth trying… and I’ll try it again just in case I caught the business and the one worker on a bad day. P.S. I’m really not hard to please… but for a 6 dollar hot dog and 9 dollar fries… I expect some decent customer service and atmosphere.

Third time in a row we went at the dinner hour (5:15-6:00 PM) only to discover they are closed. Tonight, the door was open and workers in there at 5:20, but no, they tell me they are closed. So, I am done ever expecting to eat there. The Mexican place was open and served delicious food.

The service was fast and everyone was very friendly. The dogs were good, the chili was too sweet for my liking. They have a large selection to choose from. I thought it was a little expensive for the food I ordered.

What American doesn’t like a good hotdog! This place has the best hotdogs around. They have a great variety to satisfy all taste buds. The staff is extremely friendly and inviting. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the front door. I ended up going with Chicago dog and Philly dog. Both had great flavor and were delicious! You can taste the fresh ingredients. I’ve never had fresher tomatoes in my life. The sweet potato fries were just as good as well. If you like hotdogs and want to try something different other than the typical chili cheese dogs around Columbus, I suggest you giving this place a try. I will be certainly coming back to try other style dogs.

Located in the Food Hall downtown. My first experience was amazing. I had a Chicago dog with fries, funnel cake sticks & fried oreos. 2nd time yesterday & it took 25 minutes for just a hot dog & fries. My hotdog wasn’t steamed/cooked all the way through. UPDATE: Score has dropped too an 85. Not very clean… I’ve stopped eating here now. Do better, the hotdogs are not cooked through.
