I explained that I recently had a bad experience with another location, and Sean made sure to make this experience better than the last. I was the only person in line but was rushed through as soon as I would answer what I wanted on my burrito server hastily asked “what next, what next?” I’m not slow or indecisive, but this was my first & last time at Moe’s! The food was at best, Okay. Strange thing is, the chicken was dry but the burrito was sloppy and wet, and the salsa lacks flavor. The low quality of food (Taco Bell) and the rushed service are why I won’t go back to this particular location. Good Luck if you go!

I went to eat hear for the first time….and….IT WAS AMAZING!!! Move over Chipotle, Moes is where is at. Such great service and delicious food. I highly recommend this spot.

Always fresh food & friendly staff. Their mobile app makes ordering even more efficient than it already was. Love the salsa bar, warm chip and server yourself fresh teas & sodas. Moe’s Monday is becoming a tradition in our home.

Very bad location. I went today around 230 pm and I asked for a side of steak I do this 3 times a week, I ALWAYS TIP, today the shift leader who wasn’t wearing a name tag.gave me 6 pieces of steak as a side, I will NEVER return to this Ghetto location, I take my whole Wilbraham basketball team here every Monday and Thursday, we will go to Chipotle or bueno y sanos. If you have and self worth bring your family somewhere else, let this location close just like everything else they have built in that location over the last 30 years. I’m sure I wouldn’t have had this issue if the location was in Wilbraham, Ludlow, east longmeadow, or longmeadow, Springfield if trash.

One if the worst quesadillas I’ve ever had. Literally wasn’t even cooked. The tortilla is soggy and soft. Everything just falls out of it. Not mention the portions were extra small. I paid $12 for a bag of garbage. Never coming back and a waste of money.

As a delivery driver I used to avoid this location but today I discovered it’s a completely new staff, manager and all. This new crew was very friendly and worked hard and fast to complete orders. All the food looked fresh and hot items were actually hot. I would definitely recommend giving them another chance if you have been disappointed in the past.

Moes is amazing, anyone who has been in knows that. This shop also had amazing customer service. The folks working the line were polite and professional. The chips were FRESH and the girl running the register was friendly. Can’t ask for much more!
