Very clean place and friendly staff. For the first time here it was a bit overwhelming, mainly because of a language issue. What I ordered was good besides the sauce, I didn’t like that at all.

Stopped in for the first time for lunch today. Very pleasantly surprised! Good fresh food with the option to build to your own taste. I had the bowl with rice and steak. Steak was flavorful and tender. I would certainly order it again. Great tasting hummus too.I was a little hesitant looking over some of the other reviews but happy that we took a chance and tried it. Would definitely return to try something different.

All the negative post are lies besides the small serving portion size they serve !! This food is phenomenal!!! The last 3 times we ordered the taste has been on point ! So good!!!!

So glad this place is finally open in NWI!! Anytime I had to go to Chicago, I’d always make a point to stop there for lunch. Now we have our own Naf Naf! We had the steak and falafel half & half’s. Both were super tasty. Really fresh pitas served with them.

First time here yesterday & me & my mom have found a new lunch spot! We absolutely loved the customer service we were provided, food was super flavorful. Place was nice & clean. The lady who helped us was super sweet & informative. Definitely will be back!

This location is consistent. Largely, consistent at being awful. The service is abysmal. The girl who helped was nice and placed the food on the plate beautifully, but I asked for half baba ghanoush and half hummus instead of a whole portion of 1. My food was tasteless, cold and I had to pay extra for a small baba ghanoush which should have been explained before charging me. I brought it to their attention and was indirectly blamed for not knowing better. I reiterated that I didn’t ask for a side, I asked for half only to be told “I now know for next time and too bad for you for ordering a platter and not a bowl” Shame on me for exercising choice. I will not need to know this for next time because I won’t be back ever. It must truly suck to work at this place, always different ppl and they aren’t ever adequate. No wonder this place is always empty. I don’t blame the new girl, she should have been trained better. Also, the manager asked if I wanted my $2 back and I told her yes, I’d never pay that for a sample cup of food. She then openly stated that she felt bad and would take the money out of her own pocket instead of the register. I insisted she kept her money, because who does that? I will NEVER return. I’ve been to this place 5-6 times and each time has been terrible and no longer worth the hope that one day they’ll do better. Thanks for the tasteless meal and consistent mediocrity.

Had my 1st visit today and will DEFINITELY be back! I was stuck between the chicken shawarma and the steak, so she let me try a piece of each and boy oh boy that was a horrible idea! Because I had to get BOTH! They were both so good! My pita was so amazing! The lady at the counter was polite and patient!

I use to eat Naf Naf a lot. There was a spot out in Niles IL that was on point all the time. So I came to this place thinking that I was going to experience the same. I was disapointed. Chicken was dry and slightly warm and the pita bread was hard. This is not the Naf Naf I enjoyed eating at one point. They didnt even have the skewer of chicken cooking like what I use to see at the other location. Maybe that should have been a sign to just go eat somewhere else. Naf Naf of Schereville, do better. I know that maybe you are trying to cut down on cost but dont do it to where the quality of your food is suffering.

Ok, I was soooooo looking forward to this place and I really wanted it to be good. I used to live by one of these when I lived in Illinois and everyone said it was good…but I never tried it. So when I saw one opened here in Schererville, I said today is the day! Well, I’ll say this…I got the steak salad bowl and although the taste was…let’s say good, not great, but good…I was also playing an old commercial in my head that said “where’s the beef?” Small portions for veggies and steak. I had to dig just to find the steak..eventually I found 5-6 pieces of decent steak along with some smaller pieces. I may try again but what I ordered was not worth almost $13. I get more steak in a $2 taco. On a side note I looked…the one where I used to live in Illinois closed, sad….I hope this one fares better

I’d say I come here pretty often and have not had any issues till recently. The last few times I have went the portion sizes have just gotten smaller and smaller. This most recent time I was given barely half a scoop of everything. The employees have always been pretty slow but it’s not something I minded. Disappointed that I paid $15 for a bowl that was not even 1/2 way full. They also never know how to apply your reward account so they always just tell me they can’t do rewards which makes no sense. I used to love this place so much but it seems to be going downhill. Not sure I will frequent as often.
