Went on a Wednesday at 6pm . Place was busy with people waiting for 10-15 minutes for their orders . Couple with us got the large cheese steak subs ( had enough leftover for lunch Thursday) . Wife got sub and onion rings, both delicious. I got the coney dog and chili. Both very good ! Perfect spices, not too hot very flavorful!! Dining room needs less furniture in it , seemed crowded. Service was excellent . Will definitely recommend.

Food is excellent, had a decently large order 7 sandwiches plus sides. Food came out quickly and accurately although they did forget a couple of items no big deal. I was disappointed with service when I went to claim corrected items, we had called and I walked in while who I assume was the manager was on the phone with who originally ordered for us and mumbled something along the lines of “it’s her own fault she didn’t grab the salads out of the fridge” I’ve never been to this restaurant maybe have your employees tell customers that it’s their responsibility to grab their order items out of the fridge instead of assuming otherwise.I’ll try again once the initial rush of a new business opening in a small town dies down.

Good quality ingredients on Italian sub; not huge amount of meat but enough. Generous lettuce and other veggies. Messy but delicious! Friendly staff. Cool 70s music but a little loud. Cost about as expected. Toasted my sandwich upon request. Waited about 10 minutes. Would eat here again!

We went there for our first time this weekend. My girlfriend loved the Italian sub she received. I got a meatball sub. The bread, sauce and cheese were ok but the meatballs were obviously from frozen. With the prices they charge for a sub (8in for $9) you’d expect them to be homemade meatballs. They were not homemade. Very disappointing.

Wife and I both have food poisoning from that place. Been up all night puking and diareah. Went to the Dr. And they said it was definitely food poisoning. It’s the only food we ate yesterday. Not sure but, pretty sure it was the Philly cheesesteak we shared. I think it’s the stomach flu but Dr said it’s food poisoning. Not sure how they know the difference. Sorry..but the only thing good was the cheese sticks. The Philly was nasty. Just being honest.

Typical poor service of Urbana food places. Stood in store 10 minutes with one other patron. 3 employees just kept looking at us from the back prep area and no one ever approached to take order or said a word.
