Asked for just veggies. Got just rice. Called to speak to the manager and all a girl kept saying was “uh-huh” everytime I asked for the manager. She then hung up on me after 3 uh-huhs and kept immediately hanging up every time I tried to call.

One of the shifts here is horrible and I’m not the type to write reviews on food places on Sunday evening they moved really slow and don’t really have proper hygiene after serving each person. They also rush because they are so behind on maintaining orders. They took over 20 minutes for a regular chicken bowl and I wasn’t the only customer.Hire better workers please.

Never have what is needed for Waba (such a key ingredients ie. rice, chicken etc.) and when they make the chicken it is often chewy and sometimes cold, even when eating right away. Overall do not recommend, service is sometimes questionable or they mess up charging one more and end up no correcting themselves and having customers pay more.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service. The cashier Dextrel C was not only polite but he hustled to get the food. When no one else was there in line he put on gloves and went to help in the back. Cook or whatever help was needed. He ran back to the register when customers walked in. We watched him do that a few times back and forth. If only all employees were like him everywhere. Just cause of people like him who hustle make me want to come eat there again. Great job Dextrel!
