Didn’t plan to come here but we were glad we did, just because we were hungry and we saw this interesting little eatery. And it had just opened business for the day, so we were the only customers there at that time. I ordered waffle and gravy, which I thought was good. I never had that before. My husband had waffle only and he also like it. A very pleasant friendly young man was the only worker then.

I got the chicken and waffles because the menu said they were famous for it and I totally get the hype! The chicken was perfectly crisp and the waffles were fantastic. Most places either make the waffles too sweet or too plain, but the waffle lab had the perfect balance! Oh, and the people there are the best. 10/10 for sure

From a small trailer in Fort Collins, to now having two brick and motar locations this place is delicious in everything they make. Fast and Friendly staff always make the dinning experience worth it. I would recommend getting the Grilled Cheese Waffle or the Chicken & Waffles as both will leave you full and satisfied.

My $6 plain waffles came out to be $16 at checkout. Decided to order them anyway. The “Vermont maple syrup” is corn syrup. Waffles were gross and hard to eat. Not to mention completely raw in the middle. Took no more than 3 bites before deciding to throw them away. Throughly disappointed.
