Decent Mexican food in Mt. Pleasant. We were there on a Monday night and they only had one e waitress, Jade. She handled a group of about 40 if us patiently and with a great attitude. A bunch of Auctioneers in town, having a good time. We appreciated her! The food was good. Nothing overwhelming about it, but decent. Would possibly visit again next time in town.

We were in town for an event, and a bunch of us decided to go to Juanita’s for dinner. On what probably would have normally been a slow Monday night, we had the restaurant packed. There was only one server, but she was a champ. She did a great job. I had tacos for dinner, but the real star was the nachos. The portions were huge, and no one that ordered them was able to finish them on their own.

Really great spot! I’ve passed by it so many times and finally convinced my co-workers to try this new spot. Food was delicious. Server was very attentive and friendly. Plus overall the place is pretty dope looking. Seriously great atmosphere ☺️ if you’re looking for recommendations, the steak corn tacos are THE BEST!

I got a fish taco and a shrimp taco. The shrimp was just OK. The fish taco was runny and inedible. One of my grandsons had 2 fish tacos and had to load them down with hot sauce to halfway enjoy. The other grandson had the Steak Nachos Royale, and he enjoyed it. I, too, thought it was decent. The service was awesome, though, as was the atmosphere.

This place offers an interesting take on ordinary Mexican food. We ordered a bunch of tacos and nachos and all are plates were delicious. The crispy tacos were definitely a hit for us. The drinks, however are average.The prickly pear flavor was certainly missing but overall it tasted good.

SO GOOD! I had the pulled pork burrito with verde sauce. And it didn’t disappoint! The pork was so tender and amazing! I usually get a rice bowl, but I was feeling adventurous! I also got a side of guac and it was so fresh! My boyfriend got his usual, steak quesadilla, because it always better at Juanita’s!!

Good place for a quick and inexpensive bite to eat and cheap drinks (open later than most places which is a huge plus!) but can’t say the flavors were my favorite. I expected Mexican restaurant style chips and was disappointed with the ones that were served because they tasted like they were straight from a bag from the grocery store. But portions of the cheese dip were generous as well as the burrito. Great budget option if you’re looking for a fun environment. Some outdoor seating is available as well.
