Okay, I didn’t know what to expect. I just wanted a good breakfast. This place was everything I was not expecting. I had the Corned Beef Hash, with pancakes. THE BEST Corned beef hash I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere is intimate and comfortable. Everything is cute and “old school”. The service was awesome! Like visiting your aunt and uncle and they JUST SO happened to cook. I ordered to go, but I decided to dine in instead. Go here! You won’t be disappointed. Enjoy!

Decent place, good food, with healthy portions. The Pastrami Hash w/Eggs & Toast was delicious ! Service was jumbled but the Manager-Owner was professionally apologetic explaining staffing was challenging at that time. Give this local Mom & Pop a chance, and try Old School Deli.

This was our first visit. Darlene our waitress was very attentive, helpful and very nice. We ordered eggs Benedict, bean and ham soup, french onion soup, the Ruler sandwich, and all were exceptional. English muffins were house made. We had a great meal and great service.

I’d give a better review if the owner wasn’t such a nasty person. He was very rude and condescending toward my husband for no apparent reason. He approached our table soon after arriving and proceeded with rude remarks regarding him being a white man with a beard. I will never patron this restaurant again.

What a great place for breakfast. Steve the owner makes a point to stop and visit each table whenever he can. He loves to joke around and is very friendly. The food is always great. Make sure to try the biscuits and gravy!

We went today for breakfast and without knowing that they were only offering Mother’s day brunch buffet style from 10-2p.m. You couldn’t order anything off the menu. We decided to give it a try. Food wasn’t ready at 10:00 but more like 10:20 a.m. Everyone sat around waiting to eat which wasn’t professional considering they open at 8 a.m.
