The sandwich was absolutely delicious! I got the Mr pickle on a dutch crunch roll. All the ingredients were fresh and the chicken had a great flavor! The bread was soft and easy to eat.

I don’t know how this place has 4 stars. The staff was so unwelcoming when I walked in. I should have just left at that point. Staff was so unfriendly and seemed to be bothered by our order. Other sandwich maker was even less personable and seemed very unhappy as well. Just a huge waste of money $72 for 5 sandwiches with very little meat. Management or owner really needs to check on the quality of service and food at this location.

I saw this shop randomly and walked in to get a sandwich and it was a terrible Mistake. I got the Santa Cruz which had pastrami + bacon and it was supposed to be a hot sandwich on sourdough. The sandwich was cold. There was barely any pastrami and the meat was tough and chewy. The bread was also stale. The sandwich was pretty big. My jaw hurt trying to take a few bites of the sandwich. I will not be coming back.

Our guy who took care of us was friendly, hilarious, and super nice! The portions were generous and the price really good for the bay area! Definitely going back! The saucy Russian is the sandwich by itself. The Mr Pickles is with the yummie garlic fries.

This was a busy place. So many sandwich choices to select. Employees were friendly, professional and stayed on top of taking orders from walk in customers as well as pick and takeout customers. It’s a noisy sandwich shop to dine in at. But having said that the sandwiches were good on fresh bread rolls.

We did a to-go lunch order from this location. We ordered 2 Santa Cruz sandwiches with everything on on the counter. And my son grabbed a drink from the fridge. When we get home I open my sandwich to find it only has the meat and avocado. I was planning to do my own lettuce wrap since they don’t offer that as a choice. But nothing we asked for was in the sandwich! Then my son tells me that his just looked and realized his drink is expired 11/2021. It’s 7/2022!! We live in Morgan Hill. Went to a doc appt in san jose and decided to grab a sandwich before coming home and if we were closer we would have went back. I tried to call the store but they said there was no manager on duty to take my complaint. They will call me back tomorrow. So you can fix the expired bottles right now??

Haven’t been to a Mr pickles in some time, so it was a real treat to return to one. This location seems like it needs some TLC. it wasn’t dirty, but it was a bit worn down. It wasn’t well lit, and the counters and tables could use a once over. The food was awesome as always. And the service was alright. I would rate it over all as a B- it could be better.

Ordered the Mona Lisa, a simple tuna and cheddar melt, I don’t know how they could mess it up this badly. The bread was not toasted, the tuna was cold, the cheese was barely melted, and there was no seasoning.
