Quiet establishment. Service is okay but could be better in terms of the staff being more comfortable conversing with the customers. We tried the fish strips with fries. The fish was hot, flaky, and not greasy. Ordered small fries with our meal. Seems the small fries were placed in the boxes by a toddler’s hand as there were very few fries inside. Shrinking the order of fries now?

Terrible worker (50-60 year old heavy set white woman) at the drive thru window. First she was upset because I asked a question about the order while I looked through the bag. Then she gave an attitude and rushed us away. We got down the road and turned onto the freeway before realizing they forgot one of our drinks.

Stopped by the Upper Sandusky location for some Reubens for St Patty’s Day. It was right around 4:00pm and the location wasn’t extremely busy. Had a coupon for $4 sandwiches which the girl at the register was unsure how to use, but the manager took care of it. The sandwiches were amazing and filling. Gotta love Arby’s….they have the meats!

1st time at this location and was very pleased to hear Christian music playing (Sirius XM channel the Message) the store was clean and the 3 employees I interacted with were all smiling and friendly and very courteous. I had a baked potato, Kings Hawaiian fish sandwich and a diet Dr Pepper. Oh and parking for big trucks.
