I’m a vegetarian and they gave me real meat in my beyond taco. The beyond meat is supposed to be mushy (as seen on the top of the meat) but instead is grounded up and it never looks like this. I had my meat eating dad try some and usually he can tell me right away if it’s fake or not but he had trouble telling me. I’m disappointed because this has never happened to me before and the first time i go to this location it happens.

This place is so unreliable. My order tonight was totally messed up and I couldn’t get a replacement since it was a Door Dash delivery. I asked for no sauce on my burrito or taco and they put lots of sauce on both. Their sauce is so nasty, it made the whole thing taste like dog food.

Everything about this place is just bad. This used to be our go to Del Taco, even though we have one closer to home. The last couple of times we have gone, it’s been a horrible experience from getting the wrong food, to having poor quality control. The VERY last time we went, we ordered an epic burrito. Needless to say, the burrito wasn’t epic and literally was three bites. The bean and cheese burritos are bigger. The picture is shown next to a small fry. We have ordered many epic burritos before and usually they are the size of a large fry if not bigger. My wife’s Del Tacos were the size of a value taco and our large fry was half full. When we went inside to complain, they laughed at us in such a way that they agreed it was tiny, but did nothing to fix it. We reached out to corporate and received a response that the owner/manager would reach out, but never did. The management and quality has gone down and we will not be frequenting this Del Taco again.

I just wanted to share the nicest experience we had today at the Del Taco drive through. I was picking up lunch with my kids and was given my order, I was pulling out of the drive through, about to turn, when the person who took my order had the lat bag to my order! This would have been frustrating, had I left without the full order. Way to go to the person helping us in the drive through today (I included an image of the receipt in hopes management at this location sees the goodness in the person who helped us. You are awesome!
