My family and I are burger lovers. We love to try new burgers. At first we were afraid it was just a typical fast food burger and boy were we wrong! The first thing that amazed me was the fresh taste of the beef and the chicken! I asked the owner and he mentioned that their chicken is all fresh, never frozen! The fries were completely fresh and crispy and all fries are made to order, not sitting there getting soggy like other restaurants. The milkshakes were to die for! We tried 2 flavors… The place was extremely clean, and the employees were friendly and top of everything, they definately take pride in their work! Overall a 10 out of 10!

Saw the pictures and I fell for it. But even though the burger is about the size of a Big Mac, it was not a $10 burger. And yes, it does look big on the picture I took, but it’s a bit deceptive because the bacon was giving it height and width.

The atmosphere was great for being inside a walmart. it was a little busy but we were still taken care of by Jelisa just as nice as if we were the only customers. We built our own burgers and were given more than enough options to keep us satisfied. the burgers were great and juicy.

While the food may be good most times, the service was one of the worst I’ve experienced. I had an online order placed at 9:40pm. It had an estimated time to be ready at 9:56pm. I arrived there at 10:00pm, and was told “there was an error printing the ticket. Give us like 8 minutes.” I totally understood at first, but after about 15 minutes of waiting, I asked for an updated time. “We’re wrapping it right now” they said. Seriously, after ANOTHER 15 minutes, I asked about my order for third time. One of the workers picked up my ticket and shouted to his team,” Hey! Why hasn’t this been made yet?” My bag of food was then grabbed off the counter and a worker looked at me as if he’d been waiting for me to ask about my food again. A FULL HOUR AFTER my ONLINE order said it was ready, I finally received it. Very disappointed- don’t expect to come back in the future.

Honestly, it is really good! My work takes me to the walmart it is in once a week or so and I have eaten there a few times. Chris and the other employees are always very friendly and helpful and the fries are great! I had a wayback burger where i used to live and this one is better.

Let me just say that Derrick and Christian gave top tier service. We thanked them for their service. They were kind, polite and very helpful with menu item suggestions. The burgers were very good, but you know good food without good service is a disappointment. We will be back before our vacation end and everytime we come back!

I really wanted to like this place and it has a nice retro vibe but other than that it’s just okay. It’s trying to be like a shake shack or 5 guys but the quality isn’t that good. Food was very greasy and small portions and I could taste Hershey’s chocolate syrup in the milkshake. Not worth the price and they expect you to tip in a fast food place?
