Just stopped by and got a full rack and some coleslaw. Both were delicious! Ribs were wonderfully smoked with just the right amount of fat, and the sauce was thick and flavorful. My only gripe is that the cup of coleslaw was too small. Food is delicious and well worth the stop

Ribs were perfecly cooked! Really don’t like fall off the bone ribs since it leaves little texture. Smoke and char were also excellent. Just fell a tiny bit short on seasoning. However, the fantastic sauce more than makes up for it. Pulled pork and beef brisket were extremely good together in a sandwich with the sauce and some provolone! The big star of this dinner was that I happened to see that they smoke their own salmon here. I LOVE smoked salmon and this was sooo moist and tender with excellent seasonings and smokiness. Most definitely in the top five I have ever had! Puts Morey’s to shame! Well done and I’ll be making a larger purchase next time!

Save your $! Got a TINY sandwich of brisket for $12 (it didn’t even say sandwich, just brisket, so I thought it’d just be meat). Not enough sauce on it, and corn muffin was horrible tasting. It just tasted horribly of flour, and hardly any corn flavor. Jiffy corn muffin. Total waste of money, except bbq sauce was good. Go else where.

Had the brisket sandwich along with some cornbread and potato salad. Can say without a doubt the brisket sandwich I had was amazing along with the cornbread. Definitely great local food joint if you’re looking for a good bite to eat at fair prices.

Great BBQ! We called early to let him know we wanted dinner for 19. Everyone loved it! Ribs and Chicken were our favorites. Their homemade sauce is some of the best I’ve had. Very easy and reasonably priced way to feed a crowd.

We used Joe and Butts and Buns for our wedding in Northern MN and the food was amazing! Our guests raved about how great the BBQ was.
