Delicious and Dominican… Being Dominican and from Washington heights I have high standards on my Dominican food and it excelled. The food was authentic and I enjoyed the decor.

Cute hole in the wall. However food is not it. Mofongo was super dry amd served woth canned gravy. Not even the traditional mojo. The best part of my meal was the morir sonando. I left most of it tried to like it but soo dry couldnt do it. Husband had a steak one and said his was too salty he too didnt finish it. Overall would not really recommend.

very accommodating to our large party of 9 including 2 babies. highly recommend their strawberry margaritas for drinks! everything we ordered was great, they ran out of their fried fish but hope to try that next time. their mofongo is worth the wait!!! we got a chance to meet the owner & she’s super dope & personable. check them out for authentic dominican food. we’ll be back!

I went the other there and had the salami con queso and it came with tostones. It was good but I felt the paying $14 i would get more but it was just 4 pieces of salami, 4 small pieces of queso frito, and like 6 tostones. I would’ve liked more food for $14 but it was overall good.

Great food and environment. The attention to details from the staff is super. The chicken stew was delicious. The empanadas were tasty. The chicken salad was just finger licking and the mofongo was the best in town. The mofongo order is enough for two people. Definitely we will be back with friends and family.

The staff only speaks Spanish, but I’m learning the language. They were friendly and seemingly genuine. Nothing over the top. The place was clean and kid accommodating(4kids). And the food was AMAZING. We ordered like 3 different things and we ate it all…even the kiddos…all under 6. Really good experience. Definitely want to eat there again.

It took us a long time (1 hr.) to get our food but like any new business there are kinks that need to be fixed. The manager knew we have waited a long time for our food that she gave a good discount and 2 free margaritas for the inconvenience. I love how they take responsibility. There is a lot of potential at this restaurant.

I’m food lover and this place definitely satisfied my expectations and my stomach. You can tell the food is freshly made and it’s very filling, it tasted phenomenal. The owner is such nice person and the waiter was very nice and helpful when it came to choosing food (I’m Mexican so not familiar with Dominican food)I would definitely come back!!
