The salad bar was sad, with wilted lettuce, and about three choices of toppings. Only dressing option was ranch, in a packet. The food we ordered took over an hour. The waiter was friendly. The place was dirty. No napkins provided. No utensils provided.

Staying in the motel next to the pizza hut and ordered online. When we went to picked up our order the entire place was locked up tighter than a battleship with an open sign lit up in the window. It was 10 minutes of us going around banging on windows to get an employees attention and we finally ended up at the drive through. I was about to go back to the hotel, get my truck and go through the drive through to get some results when an employee finally came to the drive up window. I wonder if the owner knows of this.

Stopped by here for dinner while traveling home to eastern montana. Asked if they could make my wife anything without milk for her allergy. The chef came out and talked to me in person, and we came up with a few options. He took the time to go over the ingredients with me. Very impressive. The food was great, and the wife didn’t have an allergic reaction. Will come back again next time we travel through.

used to be good, got worse and worse and worse until the state it is today. the delivery drivers are always nice and fast, but the food is terrible and the in-store service is awful. the food is always mediocre and stale at best, completely wrong to your order at worst. the breadsticks always taste like they’ve been out a few days and were just microwaved for a few minutes, the toppings that used to come on them (and still do at other locations) are always missing, so it’s just stale, plain bread. it doesn’t matter what special notes you put on your order or how you order it, it will probably be wrong. the crust is always somehow both stale and yet soggy at the same time.

I never had problems with this location till tonight. I ordered pizza and sides like I usually would online and left a note saying to call me when they got to my address, not only did I not receive a phone call the delivery driver waited about 3 minutes before pulling out and leaving. I called and the guy on the phone was rude and told me he couldn’t help me and put me on hold for 10 minutes before I drove to the store and get my food. The door was locked so I knocked on the window and the employee ignored me and went to the back, I then went through the drive through and the same employee who ignored me was extremely high.

Up from Texas and we do Pizza Hut all over in between. Been disappointed in some but this was great. The 3 employees I saw and talked to at 5pm were very nice and the large jalapeño, mushroom and pepperoni pizza was excellent. Thanks

Pleasantly surprised to find noontime lunch buffet,adequate salad bar,plus after seeing pizza selection at bar,we asked for a specific fresh one and they kindly sent one out,pasta alfredo was great,all the young employees were great, we really enjoyed our meal plus the price was perfect for our budget,

Little to no sauce. So if you like bread over cooked with toppings on the very inside of the pizza with them just tossed on there…no rhyme or reason then head over to the hut. I was going to get a salad bar…looked first thank goodness…gross.
