While visiting my friend and her grandchildren in Freeport traveling from Chicago, our plans were to visit Rockford and have lunch. Googled the top pizza restaurants and Doug Bros was noted. Reviews were excellent and decided to go yesterday and was so happy we made the decision to try this pizza. The sausage pizza was absolutely delicious!!!!!! Would highly recommend this restaurant to family and friends! The wait staff was very friendly too!

Ordered a pizza tonight and paid extra for “premium” toppings (chicken &onion). When I opened the box I immediately saw that they had just used an old pizza and threw on our toppings and re-warmed it. We have ordered from here many times before and never had it come like this. They make the pizza fresh and the chicken and other toppings for the most part are under the cheese. The chicken on top was grey and upon taking a bite the pizza itself was rubbery as if it was warmed up left overs. I’m so disappointed. This was our go-to place and now I don’t wanna go back. This is inedible and I want my money back.

The pizza is delicious ! We ordered for the first time tonight and the thin crust is very close to Capri’s crust ! The sausage was very good and not greasy at all. Will be ordering again soon

I ordered a pretty simple pizza pepperoni and jalapeños. The cook couldn’t get that right I Also order chicken wings cooked twice and those were not crispy they were soggy. I call and let them know and she wants to give me 5$ off my next order. This was my first time ordering and will not be back
