1 hour open and sold out of Gumbo & ceviche. Fish and shrimp plate fillets are skimpy. Fries were almost as big as the fillets. The thing to get here are the boils not the fried foods.

I was craving some crawfish so I decided to check Comal Crawfish Company and let me tell you what, my wife and I walked in and the ambiance, the Cajun smell, the cleanness of the floor the table and restrooms, we were impressed. Haley, super nice, took care of us, she was prompt, while taking care of ALL of the other tables. Haley was on it and with a smile. My wife ordered the shrimp sandwich and the shrimp was so juicy, fresh, and had so much flavor, I ordered the cowgirl and it was amazing. I am coming back for more. Congratulations to the new owner, didn’t get to meet him, but next time, it was a busy night.

Indoor and outdoor seating. We were sat down and told our waitress would be with us shortly. Despite our waitress making eye contact with us and going to tables right next to us, it somehow didn’t register with her that we were her table. She finally came by and apologized for the wait. I ordered the blackened shrimp tacos. It comes with fries. The blackened shrimp tacos were ok but had a lot of coleslaw. The fries were good. My husband ordered the etouffee. It was very bland. After we paid – with credit card – we found a charge on our receipt for non-cash transaction. Nothing is noted on the menu or when you come in that they will do that. If you’re going to charge more for credit cards, you should note it on your menu and have your waitstaff inform customers. Will not be back.

The best boils you’ll eat! Kid & family friendly, great menu for all. We love their wet seasonings & the add ons like mushrooms and boiled eggs! True Cajun style with great flavor. I can’t wait to see what the new owners have in store for the future. Highly recommend visiting!

My partner and I ordered 60$ worth of food, and it was delicious. It was the best cheesecake I’ve had even. But the portion size indicates that you are gonna wanna spend 100$ to have a “decent” sized meal for two. So, to say the least, I was inspired to start cooking more boil meals at home. They are stingy with portions, but the food is great.

The place is clean. Located in Northern New Braunfels. We ordered the crawfish platter, the crab and crawfish platter, crawfish Alfredo, and 2 shrimp po-boys. Po-boys only come grilled. Nothing fried. Food was good. The air inside the restaurant gets to you a little. Maybe need better ventilation. The crawfish Alfredo was great but a little small. The shrimp po-boys were good but like 6”long and 1 strip of shrimp. Everything was good but may not be back. Sodas are in a can if you like free refills. Might wanna order the tea.

Flavor is non existent. We ordered the trifecta style fire. No spice, and you could tell it was barely sauced. One waitress for the entire restaurant, literally. She did fine, but service like that is unacceptable on a Saturday night. Place needs serious work on flavor, delivery, and service.
