I would not recommend ordering a large group order from Jimmy John’s. We ordered almost twenty sandwiches for our university group, but they screwed up most of the sandwiches and hardly added any vegetables (except for some sad looking tomatoes). The quality was extremely disappointing!! Based on this experience, I do not plan to order sandwiches from Jimmy John’s again.

I ordered via doordash, then got a phone call informing me there’s no delivery drivers (they can de list from the app in this case, but they did not). I had to call back twice to be rudely told they cancelled the order. They marked the order completed and never delivered food or refunded me. I’ve been ordering from Jimmy johns for 20 years but never again.

I normally would like this place but they have gone downhill to the point of closing an hour and a half early and not updating it. I ordered there and they inform us half an hour later saying they are closed and then state that the refund for the order will be 3 days at minimum then hangs up with out mentioning if we would get our coupons we used back or anything.

I just ordered from door dash and I didn’t receive my order it said it arrived at 12:19am nobody knocked I put hand in person on the app nobody showed up to my house I’ve tried calling like 15 times nobody answers my call I want a refund like what’s with your customer service I don’t get it.

This store is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering for. 0 stars isn’t an option but I’d go negative if they would let me. 55 minutes for a single sandwich delivery, you’re lucky if they pick the phone up for you at all without having to call 5 times, and the employees are more worried about their overly loud profane rap music in the store than actually being organized. This place would be better off shut down.

We’ve been ordering from this Jimmy Johns for a long while- It’s always a go to spot after a long day of paintballing but this location is hit or miss. We’ve had some really great experiences with this location but lately it’s been terrible. If it’s not having delivery drivers, waiting an hour for food, not fully cooked bread, missing sandwiches, chips, drinks, having wrong sandwiches, terrible drinks, no ingredients and awful costumer service. Today was the final time we gave this location a chance- And we won’t be coming back. If you’re REALLY dying for JJs just go to the Holly Ln location or nothing at all…

They never have a delivery driver. And you have a 5050 chance of if you order online your order being correct. Used to order Jimmy johns when I lived by other location. This one is the absolute worst one I’ve lived by.
