Typical Huddle House atmosphere with great service! The food came out quick, and our order was perfectly executed. The server was attentive even with every table filled. My country ham looked smaller than advertised but that’s okay. We enjoyed dining here until we needed to use the restroom. The smell coming from the bathroom was horrid. I don’t know how people could sit and eat at the tables next to the bathroom hallway. They could definitely use a remodel in the restroom. Tiles were missing, and the toilet seat is so old that it’s multicolored. The employees and customers deserve a nice, clean restroom!

I am beside myself. We just walked out before even ordering. The manager is a very rude woman that has no business in the service industry. The last five times we’ve eaten here we have witnessed her berating the employees. Tonight it was freezing and all the customers were complaining. The waitress asked the manager if she could turn down the air and she screams… if I get hot cooking then I may get sick. We got up and left. As someone who has worked as a chef, you’re going to be hot in the kitchen period. You don’t make your customers miserable in your place of business. If you’re the owner of this business the best thing you can do is let this woman go before she runs your business into the ground.

Hello My family recently moved to Eastman from Virginia and have always loved eating at Huddle house .This one restaurant has really giving me a bad taste in my mouth. Every employee is rude and the manager is the main culprit leading by example. I will not be coming here again until there’s a change and will be going somewhere else to spend my money. Please make a change because this is ridiculous.
