This restaurant is the meet up spot for the Northside Columbus African American community. I felt like I was a a family reunion. The owners of this restaurant are amazing and very loving. There are many regulars who come here and continue the consistency in the atmosphere being very lively. The food was amazing. My favorite food item was the Buckeye Eggroll. It was a Philly cheesesteak wrapped into a nice breaded coating. The Zhen noodles which has chicken in it was amazing. If anything is wrong with your order they are good at making it right for you.

Really great service!!! This was my first time but definitely not my last. I asked a lot of questions and our waitress was very helpful. We went for a friend’s birthday and we all loved our food ❤️ the drinks were good too and strong I could only have 1 but it was great I would highly recommend the wings

The orange chicken was general tso’s with an orange slice on the plate and overdone. The dragon shrimp according to my daughter had a strange taste and had the same sauce as mine. I do not recommend this place based on my experience.

J Zhen is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. The spicy wings and fries are amazing, you HAVE to get the buckeye rolls, and the drinks are always great! The service is fast and the food is cooked to order because it always comes out fresh and hot. They also play the best music and it’s just a really chill local vibe!
