After visiting Fords Theater and the Peterson house we were a little hungry. I really don’t like fast food chain restaurants but nothing else was close. My daughter ordered a rice and chicken bowl for me. The meal was good but not great. The server was great though. It gave me the energy to walk to the Washington Monument.

Inappropriate food , not understanding an English language and not having an idea of what kind of meal they sell. No any clue that clinet is not eating hot or uneatable hot souse as topping. Toilet is bad shape. Overall, cleanless is asking for better cleaning.

By far one of the dirtiest Chipotle’s I’ve ever been in. I completely understand D.C is different but sheesh. Not once did any of the several employees attempt to clean tables or sweep/mop spilled drinks or food. If I wanted mediocre food in a dirty establishment, I’d go to Waffle House.

I ordered through the chipotle app for pickup, arrived at 8:50pm which was my given time, and they said they couldn’t find my order and was nothing they could do. They wanted proof from my bank that my card had been charged although I showed them my confirmation from their own app multiple times. It ridiculous to ask a customer to open their banking app to prove they ordered food. 3 people got involved and did nothing but stare at the register screen for about 10-15 mins

I ordered through the app for a quesadilla because they don’t do quesadillas if you order in person (doesn’t make sense) and the pick up time was 3:20 but not once was it said it was being prepared in the app and I waited exactly until 3:20 to pick it up and then when I finally did ask they said “oh we started just making it” and now it’s 3:25 and I still haven’t gotten it. Terrible service really.
