This is my favorite wing store. The staff are nice, the places are always clean, the food is amazing. I only wish they wouldn’t blast the music so loudly, making it hard to order and to hear others. Online ordering and pick-up makes that less of an issue.

I thought these reviews were exaggerating but my friend and I did not have a good experience. We placed an order over the phone and when we went to pick it up, they claimed it was never placed and kept telling us it was for the wrong location when I showed them that the phone number I called was correct. They told me we would have to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to remake it. Eventually, it was discovered that they put the wrong name on my order when it was placed. It was a pretty frustrating hastle and the food was made incorrectly to top it off. Definitely going to a different location from now on.

The local location in the city of industry has set a low standard for all wing stops. After my experience at this location I would like to say this is by far the best location. The staff was amazing and welcoming and the food was fire. The closing staff of 5/26/23. The location is also very clean.

Didn’t get our food, sadly 30 minutes after ordering one of our household pets was found deceased so we rushed home to make a trip to the vet. Food would have been nice before or even during all of this but $50 was wasted that night on Wingstop and the Tickets for M3GAN we purchased.

Honestly, their wings are really good. I used to go to the one on nuttwood since it’s closer to me but i don’t mind the extra few minutes for better wings. They add just the perfect amount of seasoning/sauce and the crunch is immaculate haha. 10/10 would recommend this location. Oh and the customer service is amazing too. Very friendly. A hello welcome every time and a have a great day/night when we leave. Overall a great location.
