Five guys business model is always good, but it’s only as good as the employees. When you have employees focused more on talking with each other, then on the business, then your experience will be degraded. there used to be a good crew here, but as people come and go your experience will vary. FIVE GUYS makes great burgers and fries and it’s my number one choice but the burgers are very expensive. so when it comes to the experience, it depends on what crew is working at the time. This is a no brainer. Meat on a bun with cheese, add almost everything. Fries with enough grease to lube up a tractor trailer. Any flavor of Coke that you can imagine (although I am a Mt. Dew person). Why only an idiot would say it’s wrong. I am doing my part for the vegans. I am trying to exterminate all the beef in the world 1 hamburger at a time. And for you vegans I also did my part by eating French fries.

This is horrible and the fact that everything came out to $90 dollars all burgers were red and I’ve worked here before I know what the standards are and this is insane not to mention this is the second time this has happened night shift staff is horrible my bread was not even toasted the “grilled onions” were just onions so sad how down hill this place has gone

Just received our order from doordash. I will say the food was pretty good however like many of the reviews it’s extremely expensive for what you get. Even if it is better than McDonald’s etc. I can’t say much really for the staff or restaurant. I unfortunately won’t be ordering again anytime soon unless the prices come down.

So, this review isn’t really about the food, which is pretty much like every 5 Guys, somewhat over-priced but better than average burgers and FANTASTIC french-fries. Since moving into the same shopping center, my co-workers and I have been in this shop dozens of times, and every time we get fantastic service. The crew is always upbeat, quick to greet every customer and there is ALWAYS at least one employee cleaning some part of the store. They’re fast and accurate and a pleasure to deal with. 5G clearly hires and trains good people who certainly seem to be well lead.

Went in here today ordered a large fry and I guess they changed their we fill the cup and put some into the bag policy. Ugh we got a cup of fries with no -none extra in the paper bag.Their was really only enough fries for one person. Just one person. Hate to see what their small fries are like.. . Ugh.. And the cost was Just about 8 dollars. For a single cup of French fries. ugh ! This time it was not, I mean not worth the stop. Note pictures here reflex our Large French fries order.. Ugh ! Plus a picture of a empty five guy paper bag. No extra fries in the bottom of the bag.. I was under the impression a large Five Guy French fry should feed more than one person. Ugh. Ugh ugh!

I have eaten here and a few other five guys and I always like the burgers and cheese dogs. The peanuts are a good item to have if there is a long line of folks waiting for their orders. Most locations have the Coke blending machines and I really like that feature. I really love the fries here, but never get a large because even the small order they put the equivalent of a second small order in the bag loose.
