I’ve been going to this Panda Express for a couple of years now, and it is by far the best one I’ve been to. I’ve been to many Panda Expresses around Utah, and several out of the state, but this one beats them all. Even when they are extremely busy, the staff is kind and efficient. I get my food quickly everytime, and everything is fresh and tasty. Many other Panda Expresses I’ve gone to are slower and worse quality, even when they are not particularly busy, but this store is almost always consistent.

The guy serving us, I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but a part of our meal was missing from the bag and he ran outside and gave us the missing food. It was such a nice thing to do and I hope he gets recognized!

I work on campus and went over around 1 pm for a lunch break and stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 3 workers talked. I asked if they were open and one of them very rudely replied they were then turned his back to me to continue his conversation. Stayed there a few minutes longer and was completely ignored. I ended up leaving without ordering. Horrible experience

The worst. I ordered through the app and it confirmed my order and took my money and when I arrived to pick up my order they were closed. It wasn’t even 5:30 pm on a weekday night. They aren’t supposed to close until 6. Ridiculous. Now I can’t get a refund.

The manager is very rude. I have a gluten allergy and just wanted two entrees. The manager was very rude in telling me “no” given I have done this at many other pandas before. She was going to charge me full price 7.20$ for two entrees even though I would be only getting just two entrees and no sides. She was very short with me and non accommodating. You know what your getting when you go with Panda Express when it comes to there food. This is strictly the service. Even though their food is not the best quality I would atleast expect some polite service. This should not be the common practice here.

Overpriced. The line is always long because they only have one person serving and one person as cashier. Put two people to serve. Common sense. The tables were also dirty. Please either improve your service or lower your prices. Students deserve better.

Need to improve your availability and customer service. You never have brown rice even though it is an option on your menu. I asked the girl serving me for brown rice and she snapped at me “we don’t have that here!” Then why have it on your menu? You need to provide healthier options and your staff needs to put a smile on and give better customer service. Customers deserve respect. When I called to speak with the manager no one answered the phone. Hire more people if you’re too busy to answer the phone. Definitely room for improvement.

I frequently go to this Panda because of school. They are really fast, and I have never had to wait longer for things that were out. They were able to get it ready just before they ran out each time it’s been close. The staff is friendly and speedy. Makes for a great experience. They also take Samsung pay so that’s also a plus.

I was visiting my kids at UVU and grabbed a bite. The prices were higher than other Panda Expresses I have been to. “Well, okay, it’s on campus, I’m not surprised it’s more.” The entre portions were MUCH SMALLER than other stores. The orange chicken had sat out too long and was chewy and dry. The mushroom chicken had 1 piece of chicken, maybe 3 mushrooms, and the rest was HUGE pieces of zucchini. It was expensive and very disappointing. Tuition should be reduced if food like that is served on campus!! On a brighter note, the fried rice, which was 80 percent of the food I was given, had just been made and was hot. If you are hungry for lots of rice, with appetizers on the side, this is your place!!!
