I ordered lunch for a few friends and I having not been to a Hardee’s in quite some time. If this experience is indicative of the average Hardee’s experience then I’m afraid they should be closed. Ordered a hot ham and cheese for myself which was a clump of warm ham in stale buns with almost no cheese. My friend got a burger meal they said was just ok. They said the curly fries were good tho so I guess tossing some frozen potato chunks in oil isn’t too difficult. We also got a 3 piece chicken tender for the group and were severely disappointed at the size. These were barely chicken nuggets let alone tenders. And at 5 dollars for the item it is NOT worth the price at all. To top it all off when we paid in the drive through they asked for a tip. Idk when tipping culture got this bad but I refuse to pay a tip for driving my car to a business and buying food without any other service. I can’t recommend eating here at all.

My food was cold. As in I went through drive thru got my food an ate it on my way to Patton races. I get right outside of town an start eating to find my food was so cold the cheese was still cold. I mean come on. You pay so much more to eat here then any other place you would think better food. The fry’s were super hot an good. The guy in the drive thru was cool an really nice.

This store has come so far lately. We decided to try it again a few weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing. The staff are so friendly. My favorite is the hot ham and cheese. I ask for lettuce and tomatoes.. Its always right and delicious. We have been back multiple times since and are very happy with the guy that usually waits on us and the cook. Well done, guys.

Asked for a hamburger with only pickles and cheese twice and still got the wrong order. Pulled off the extra stuff and was going to eat it and not complain but after I took a but I pulled a very long hair out of the hamburger. Immediately threw it all away. Food was lukewarm and didn’t taste great either. Terrible experience

If I could give this place negative stars I would after this drive thru incident of not receiving our entire order with a very rude lady working on Oct. 30, 2021 telling us, “If the food isn’t ready, we aren’t getting it.” when we paid for it already and had to go inside to get the rest of our order.

The person working at the drive thru was rude. My order was made wrong. 3 out of the 5 sandwiches that I ordered special were all wrong! I ordered curly fries and was given regular fries. It took them 27 minutes from the time that I ordered to get my order. The fries were cold. It was an awful experience.
