The food was good. The ramen broth lacked some depth flavor and was a little fishy for my liking but was better than packet stuff. The squid was good just the sauce was a little too salty. I really enjoyed the Gyoza, definitely recommend that if you come here. Service was good and pricing was moderate. I’d come back, just won’t be the first thing I think of.

Rahman station is a good restaurant with a fair price. I have the tonkatsu ramen which was very good. The tea egg, and the char Siu pork was delicious. Flavors were rich as was the broth.

I ordered edamame which was soggy/boiled for too long … like TOO LONG and no seasoning not even salt. With fried calamari which it’s pretty nice and crispy.

Went for lunch today, they serve great food, especially enjoyable on this cold snowy day (how weird snow in April). We ordered Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake) for $7.99 as an appetizer which was absolutely stunning. They put the perfect amount of sauce so that the dish is flavorful, but not too much. We also ordered Chicken Katsu Curry Rice for $14.95 and also Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen for $12.99, which is absolutely amazing to have on a cold day. They also have some skewers that we did not order, but they looked very nice I would try them next time when I go. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a casual eat-out with your friends and families.

After visiting Japan and having authentic ramen, I have to say this place is the closest that I’ve seen in Madison. The ramen is comparable to ones I’ve had in Toronto, NY, and SF. I highly recommend it! Also, try the beef don! It was surprisingly amazing

Fried rice is on point, guys by the kitchen talk way too loud, couldn’t have conversation with my friends without really yelling. Ramen portion is way too small even for petite lady. There was fruit flies dining with us around the table. If it weren’t for the fried rice the rating would be much lower. Execute my poor photography skill
