We went took get one of the new drinks. Posted in front of the store. We where told no blender could be a couple weeks. We been here a couple time’s their always out of stuff. I DON’T NORMALLY DO REVIEWS. TODAY WAS A HARD DAY. AS A NURSE I AM WORKING HARD AND MY CO WORKERS AND I NEEDED SOME COFFEE. I CALLED AND SHE SAID THEY CLOSE AT 6. WHEN I GET THERE SHE SAYS THEY ARE CLOSED. SHE SAID THEY CLOSE AT 5 pm. IT WAS 4:45. SHE WAS DISGUSTING AND RUDE. I CANT BELIEVE THEY LET SOMEONE LIKE THAT WORK THERE.

I would give no stars if I could. I didn’t even get anything because I tried to order matcha tea latte, literally on the sign behind the counter, and the barista had no idea what I was talking about. I pointed it out on the sign. She still didn’t know. Pulled out her recipe book and tried to tell me that milk doesn’t come in the matcha when I asked for almond milk, because it’s a tea. I’m like, it’s literally in the recipe what are you talking about?! So I just left, because I’m not spending 6 bucks on a drink made incorrectly. Please train your baristas so they at the very least, know the specs of the signature menu items.

Ordered a grande dark roast via the mobile app. Witnessed the staff, two brunettes, mess up three different orders. I finally had to interrupt them after fifteen minutes of waiting for a brewed coffee. When she finally got it for me it was warm, not hot, but weirdly, mediocrely warm. Instead of owning up to the mistake, she told me harshly that they don’t have dark roast later in the day and asked if I wanted a pike. No. Pike is disgusting. Pour over is fine. I just want a decently hot dark roast coffee with no attitude in less than twenty minutes. I could have gone to a 7/11. Previous Starbucks have messed up my order and offered a free drink gift card or something. Nothing. Not returning.

This store smells like dirty rags. Not sure what they did to my pink drink. They didn’t shake it in a shaker with half coconut milk and half refresher. When I questioned them they told me that’s corporate policy and they have to make it that way because they don’t have a shaker. I stormed out angry my pink drinks looked horrible and tasted horrible. I drove to 120th and huron my home Starbucks and they treated me with respect and remade both of my drinks. They agreed that there was no policy change and the customer is always right. They were happy to help fix my pink drinks. They made it delicious. I will never visit the one on 104th and federal again.
