The worst excuse of a pizza, customer service and management! Told us they were closed (before closing time & after my card was charged). Informed management, who was sitting outside smoking, of our online order…he gave us someone elses food. Then finally we were given what we thought was the right pizza…As soon as you bite into it you could tell they took an old order and recooked it. This is unacceptable! Sharing our review on all social media outlets!

This place doesn’t even deserve the one star I had to give it. Ordered online for pick up and was given a code. Food never went in the pizza portal. Had to wait and listen to the male employee cussing about having to fire his employees and how no one wants to work. Also went on about how he’s getting a dollar raise and moving to the North canton store, thankful to know this so I never visit that location. Such unprofessional Conduct at this location and he’s usually in on it. Never had a visit yet where he wasn’t dropping F bombs continuously and complaining about other employees or customers. Get the food home and it’s cold. Not luke warm, COLD and burnt. I’ve never gotten crunchy burnt cheese bread. Disgusting.

Sadly, they need better training on food handling. Employees handling money, doing other tasks, then straight to making food without washing hands. Also witnessed an employee take a pizza, turn it vertical to read a sticker, then give it to someone. The individual went outside, opened the box , saw it was the wrong pizza, and then came back in. The employee then opened the box that left the store and confirmed it was the wrong pizza, then proceeded to put the pizza back in the warming cabinet with the rest of the pizzas.
