We love banya sushi! My husband and I have been eating here for a few years now and they have some of the best sushi in the area. They even have some really good rolls without raw fish, which came in handy last year for my pregnant sushi cravings! The fish is fresh and the service is attentive and kind. This is our first time here. It is a very small joint and was very surprising. We enjoyed our servers and they had some really nice customer service. My favorite dish any day would be the soft shell crab! The calamari was good but we have had way better, it is just in Utah! It was our first time having the Miso soup and it was good but not for us. Everything was good and served to us hot. It was an enjoyable first time!

Previous korean owner must have sold this place. Nice ambient, tasty soup and salad. My husband likes the sushi combo. My oyako donbourri was alright but not as good as previous experience. I think it was missing the onion that caramelized the dish and I got too much garlic.

Came here with friends, sat at one of the lowered tables, pretty cool setup I liked the decor. The sashimi was really good, the fish tasted fresh and delicious. The rolls were also good, the fire Viking was fun as it was actually on fire – the roll was good too although the cheese threw me off a bit but not in a bad way. The monkey brain appetizer had a ton of tuna in it. Would come back!

1st time, horrible!!!! Sushi was good, but rolls tasted & looked horrible!! Katsu don looks like porridge. Miso had weird taste & watered-down, water tasted weird too(that’s why they add lime slices to the drinking water). No need to try, move on. Plenty good sushi in beaverton.
