Place is a mess. The NEX doesn’t care. Your best bet is to use the drive thru but it’s not worth the money. Inside they now make you order only on a app or by tuch screen. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I would rather drive off base and go to the DD at the corner of Green Bay Rd and MLK.

Typically out of everything, slowest service and they go out of their way to make you use the menu kiosk instead of taking an order by standing there and pointing at it and refusing to use there words to speak. The doughnuts taste stale, sandwiches are under or over cooked.

So I am giving this place a one star because literally the past two orders I have done from there have been messed up. The first I did a mobile for a coffee and a pastry and hasbrowns. I got the coffee and the hasbrowns in the drive thru, but as I went to pull off I realized they forgot the pastry. No big deal, I can go in and grab it real quick. Well I go in and the staff give me attitude like I didn’t do my job right. The coffee was terrible that day as well, it was very watered down. So I sent in a feedback and the owner responded and asked if they could fix it by giving me a free drink and pastry to make up for what they messed up. Well today I was going to use that but couldn’t find the email and didn’t have the time to dig for it, but I decided I’d do another mobile order and get a drink and sandwich. I order on the app and pull up to the drive thru and sit there for a few moments waiting on them to say good morning, or whatever they normally do when a car pulls up, and nothing. So I say hello? No response, so I pull forwards and look inside to see if the lights are on. It looks like they are on so I go to walk inside and doors are locked. This place is terrible and for the amount of business it does, it’s on the Naval base and has students running through it nonstop, so for the amount of money it generates they really should have better staff to support the amount of business it generates.

The dunkin donut here is pretty good though depending on the time of day your wait time can vary. But when there isn’t too much traffic they generally get out your order as fast as possible. They also get your order accurate too. If you ask for extra mocha or extra anything they’ll do it (for extra cost) but they won’t forget.

This is the only coffee shop on base and luckily they open extra early so us military folks can get our coffee fuel before the day starts. The service is great and ready fast no matter how busy they are. I’ve been to Dunkin all over the world and this tiny one is my favorite.

This place is SLOW AF. I’ve been standing here at the register for 9 minutes and no one has come Titans my order (probably because there’s only two of them and they seem to be behind on orders). Last time I came here, I asked for a HOT pumpkin spice latte, no whipped cream. They handed me and iced one with whipped cream, and it even said on the sticker HT no cream…smh

This location, like everything else on base seems acutely aware that they have a “captured audience.” The coffee and other options are on par with every other Dunkin in the world, the service is okay. There is nothing said or done to make you feel like you are patronage is deeply appreciated.
