I ordered today in person, i had a man order after me who received his food before me. Okay cool no problem, but 3 more to go orders came in and were served while i was sitting playing with my fingers. That is completely disrespectful to have me waiting almost 45 minutes and serving customers their orders who ordered after me. I am a regular and the orders take no more than 15-20 mins. None of those were phone in orders, they all came in after me, placed an order after me and got their food before me. I feel disrespected as u guys seemed to have not cared at all. If it was busy i would understand but it wasn’t. It was only to go orders and maybe 2 tables that literally left while i was still waiting for my food. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful behavior by the owner of this place.

I don’t know how this place has good reviews but being in the area it is in I can see why is rated so well. As far as the food goes nothing special the empanadas lacked flavor the ones from Dulce de Leche are much better I also ordered the Combo that included 2 ribs 1 chorizo and 1 side. The ribs were not the best and the tostones were not cooked good and all this for $23 I’ve gotten this similar combo at other places for about $16-$18. Food was not the best and expensive I will not be going back which is unfortunate because I really had high hopes for this place.

Been coming here for years , never disappoints.I was there with a recently with a large group River Plate New York..the pizza, faina, empanadas, pasqualina, canelones de espinaca, milanesa napolitana are all musts. The desserts like flan with dulce de leche and chaja are fantastic, and they have an espresso machine with real coffee.
