Ive tried giving pizza hut the benefit of the doubt but each time ive ordered im even more disappointed. Every time ive ordered online & gone into the store to pick it up (after it said its ready) ive waited atleast 30 mins to actually get it. While waiting i noticed how filthy it is inside too. The lack of customer service is the last reason we’ll never eat there again. Its not worth the wait or price when there are better/faster places in town

Tonight we ordered Pizza Hut after years of avoiding the place, we heard it was under new management so we gave it a try. Our order had a pizza made wrong, I called and spoke to the manager who promptly fixed the issue and personally delivered the pizza to our house within 10 minutes. Thank you for going above and beyond with your customer service.

On line ordering was easy except the comments section of the order is too short. The employee making our pizza was friendly. The order was done fast. I wish Pizza Hut allowed customers to combine sauces on the pizzas. There are ways to avoid cross-contamination if that is one of the issues keeping this from being an option. (squirt dispensing bottles for example).

The whole order tasted absolutely horrible. Forced my self to eat a few slices of pizza. The pasta had no taste to it and the wings smelled horrid. Will not be going there again. First and last time for sure.

I ordered once last week and paid for a 2 liter that wasn’t delivered. The pizza was fine. Ordered tonight and again, soda wasn’t delivered. I paid for extra pepperoni and mushrooms. No mushrooms and barely any pepperoni. Again, the pizza is fine but not what I ordered. Thank God United Slice has a place in Tooele now. Save your money.

They use DoorDash as their delivery. Even if you don’t order through DoorDash. They created the dash themselves because the address was the same as their store. This makes it so that the customer can’t give a tip though card cause there isn’t a receipt for them to sign and add tip.

Ordered a pizza driver refused to deliver because there was a dog in my front yard…. i called to find out what was going on the guy that answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me when i asked to get my money back hope this place goes out of business there’s a dominoes, papa johns, little ceasers, and papa Murphys in this town everyone needs to call them instead screw pizza hut
