I was able to taste a sample of the pizza and it was very tasty with a little hint of garlic, which was different but I liked it. The crust was very thick and soft, which I love since I’m a crust person. I ended up ordering two slices after, expecting it to be of the same quality I had from the sample. One slice ended up breaking apart as I ate it, without even folding it. Which ended up splattering sauce all over my hands. The slice WAS good, but it definitely could’ve been better. The main gripe I had with it was it was very oily, which is why I’m giving it the score I did. I honestly would’ve gave it 5* had it none been as dripping in oil, had more of a cheesy feel and wasn’t as thin; as it was good pizza and it did taste good, from a general taste perspective. However, the oil triumphed the experience. I would try it again, regardless and I would recommend trying it out. It could’ve just been that pie in general, so I wouldn’t write them off based off of that. I believe each slice was about $3 which is reasonable. Overall I’d rate it a good 6-6.5/10. I do wish I ordered once slice and then ordered another had I liked it, but eh.

We tried 2 slices, one margarita style with pepperoni and one eggplant. Both were delicious. When ordering pizza from OTHER pizza places, I have to order it well down to avoid a sloppy, saggy, droopy pizza. Not here!! Crust is crispy and on point! Sauce is on the sweeter side and was well balanced with the cheese. Plenty of slice options to choose from, including vegetarian. Will certainly be back to try others as well as some of the sweets. Friendly owner and a bit of a tight space but most definitely worth the stop. Also, they will have menus by the end of February (2023).

I’d love to be able to boost up this rating, but it’s just tough. Even though Big Vinny’s just recently opened and I’m willing to cut them some slack there, there’s just a lot to be desired. The Donnoli truly is a unique treat for the area. We really enjoyed the regular sugar coated one and while you won’t get the best donut in the area, nor the best Cannoli cream, the marriage of the two are definitely worth giving one a go.
