I use to love this place but last 2 times it was awful. Little to no sauce. Not even close to 100 pepperoni. Manager said he would replace my order and when it came time to reorder he lied. Not replacement. Instead I got a rude female Manager that refused to even listen. Young man that answered phone stated that I shouldn’t have problem since I order at least twice a month and never ask for refund before. He was wrong…. in the end I paid for another $40 order only to be disappointed again. Not ordering from the chillicothe location anymore. Sick of restaurants hiring management that is only there for a pay check. I added pics if my last order which had little to no sauce and toppings.

Ordered 2 salads at 11:30, Pick-up time was scheduled for 12:00. When I arrived at 12:00 I waited until 12:25 or longer until I received my order, 1/2 of my 1 hour lunch was over. By the time I got to my office when I opened the bag to eat there was no fork or napkin. Once I started to eat the salad the lettuce had been noticeably frozen and was now wilted and soggy. The sad thing is I order sometimes twice a week and this will be the last.

Donatos is our pizza of choice in Chillicothe. Unfortunately there are delivery issues every single time we order. For example, yesterday I placed an order online at 4pm and scheduled a 5:45 delivery. At 6:15, I received a call from the driver stating she was running behind and wanted to know if I still wanted the pizzas (that I’d paid for), which I felt was wildly inappropriate. Had she apologized for being late and offered to bring fresh pizzas, the delay would have been much more acceptable. Instead she delivered the pizzas she’d been driving around with for 40 minutes. We threw out more than 50% off the 3 pizzas. Never again.

The staff is always friendly but food is hit or miss. There are times that it’s great and then times it’s over cooked. Especially their personal cheese pizzas. Those are always over cooker and the average person that a cheese pizza being ordered for is a child, meaning they complain about their burned cheese. There are other times the cheese just seems melted and there’s no real cooking process to it. My husband spent 8 years working in a pizza shop growing up. We know how to bake a pizza. We just occasionally prefer to not have to cook.

Man behind the counter couldn’t be nicer! Very helpful! I didn’t like the fact there weren’t menu’s to order from. Have to use your phone to look at the menu and the prices. My phone wouldn’t load their app in the store. Food was great!

Was there at 11:00 thru 11:05. Doors were locked. I knocked, ignored. If you open at 11:00 unlock the doors. Another restaurant I will not be eating at. Customers are just an afterthought anymore.

I placed the order online for the Bridge Street, Chillicothe OH store and when I got there they said I must have ordered from a different store. I had to show the order screenshot to prove it and then show that the charge was pending with my bank and that I prepaid. I ordered a Large Mariachi Chicken well done. I patiently waited in the parking lot another 15 minutes for them to prepare the order. When I got home, the pizza was so chewy (under cooked) I ate 3 pieces and threw the rest away.

This place is the perfect place to go if you want them to switch up gluten and gluten free pizza. My sister has a gluten allergy and she was sick from the pizza because they didn’t give her the gluten free pizza. They were all screaming and cussing up front, I heard them in the back saying that they didn’t know the difference between the gluten and gluten free pizza. It’s one of the worst places around and if you have a gluten allergy, they’ll probably give you the wrong pizza. Needless to say I won’t be going back.
