Breakfast here is very nice and typically fairly quick. The food always tastes amazing and the coffee is good. Can’t ask for anything else from a good breakfast spot. Also enjoy a bunch of their lunch options such as the chicken sandwich.

Loved the ambience, customer service, and for sure the food. They do have indoor and outdoor seating available. The parking is the only issue (metered street parking could be a challenge depending on the day/time). You can pay for parking via an app or online. They have high chairs for kids. Will come back again with more friends!!!

Let’s start with, the place is very small. And the tables are not really big enough for you food. I ate breakfast here with my wife, the food was good but not what I was expecting. The customer service was friendly, which I always love good customer service. Our food came out pretty fast.

The Flying Egg is a gem of a breakfast and brunch place in Historic Bethlehem. They have phenomenal Bloody Marys and mimosas, and their food offerings (mostly egg-centric haha) are all top notch. Last year I had the Jersey Pork Roll sandwich and a Bloody Mary, this year I went for a Mimosa and huevos rancheros. Everything was fantastic. I will likely be returning in the future, when I’m in town for Musikfest!

What a delightful eatery. It was a nice spring day so we dined al fresco. Best tasting coffee I’ve had in a long time. Extremely reasonably priced. A short walk up and down the street brought us to the eclectic town of Bethlehem with lots of shops. Would highly recommend.

Amazing food! I had the cinnamon roll French toast and breakfast potatoes. They were excellent. We brought our two toddlers and the restaurant had comfortable high chairs for them. It is a smaller establishment and by the time we got our food, it was starting to get crowded (not unexpected on a Sunday morning). Highly recommend this place, though fair warning, it is in the pricier range.

Long Version: Showed up to the flying egg at about 10am on a Saturday for brunch. Some Dude was backing out right out front so I got a spot right there so I could watch my car for the meter maid. I went to the host stand and from a quick glance the inside looked very nice. Flying solo, they put me outside along the building so i was in the shade. It was nice on their sidewalk patio, some shaded by the building and some by tree cover. My waitress was very nice and took my order of an Espresso Latte and the Vegan Skillet w O/M eggs. Iced Latte was great, and refreshing on a warm day. My skillet came lickety split and I was very happy at first appearance. Eggs looked to be cooked to perfection, which they were, except they were bland. The ingredients in the skillet were Quinoa, Brussels, Sweet Potato, Mushrooms, Turmeric Tofu, and garlic tofu aioli. Everything sounded great on paper, but didn’t crossover to the plate. Quinoa was cooked well leaving a little to the tooth, but was bland, needed salt and maybe some aromatics in the broth it was cooked in. Brussels were undercooked and unpleasant, also bland. Sweet potatoes were undercooked and bland. Mushrooms were bland. Tofu was bland, not marinated, and not seared. Just sprinkled with turmeric I guess. Aioli was bland. Everything was underseasoned unfortuntely or underdone. They do have nice McCormick salt and pepper grinders on the table, so maybe the standard is you have to season everything yourself. I did, and I used the complimentary Tapatio which besides my free parking spot and the Espresso, was the best thing about my visit. I will give it another shot soon if im around, and maybe this time try a meat dish or maybe something sweet since they have an extensive brunch menu. Tootles…

We enjoyed our time. Service was very good as they had a lot of people working. The food quality is good while the portion size could be larger. Very clean and great for an alcoholic beverage in the morning. Check out the menu. Another great place to eat in Bethlehem.

The food has been very good even though I don’t stray from my 3 meat skillet because honestly it’s that good, my more adventurous husband has tried the French toast and if you love dessert for breakfast you’ll love that treat.
