This place is amazingly good for a place next to a Subway! All of the staff are so very friendly and helpful! I don’t know what they put in their Fried California sushi rolls, but they are actually amazing. I physically cannot express how delightful these things are. Atmosphere is always so friendly and warm. Their drink choices are also great.

4 waitresses all wearing sweats just standing in front of the only bathroom talking to eachother…. Ordered no sauce on top of a roll and it came drenched. Couldn’t do anything about it since they just stood by the kitchen talking or running outside to talk to their friends in cars. Service was so bad a mom and daughter duo next to us left after being ignored. This place used to be awesome…what happened

Ordered from uber eats. Took about 35 minutes from order to delivery. Got the food and it looked like it was sitting out for hours. It’s sushi, a big no go for me. The rice looked and felt to touch like it was drying out, the ginger strips were dry, and the raw fish looked like it had a sweaty day, definitely was just sitting there for hours then served.

I have come here a couple times before and it was really good. Came here tonight and because I came by myself and there was a group of 10 or so before me I got completely ignored. I got told to “sit wherever it’s clean” so I sat myself down at a table that was far from clean. And proceeded to sit there for 15 minutes without anyone even coming up to me asking if I wanted water or a menu. Terrible experience will never be back if you try and go here by yourself you will be completely ignored and acted as though you don’t even exist. Terrible customer service and apparently understaffed if you can’t even acknowledge your paying customers.

Not great by any standards. Fried California Roll was good. “Lobster sushi” was an absolute joke. You can get better at The Wave of all places. As disappointing as Sushi House on Trent. Spokane has soo much better than this. Glad I tried it. Probably not going to again. Especially now that Umi opened a spot in the Northside
