The food was great and service was awesome. I give them a 10 star rating best pizza in the leesburg albany area. If you haven’t been there and ordered please do so. Food was hot and good. Keep it up pizza hut. I will be back. I’m new to the area and this is the first pizza hut I’ve been to that I wasn’t disappointed. They need to make it bigger to have a sit down area and salad bar with buffet. Keep on rocking you guys. You are doing great. I totally recommend. Customer service grade A as well.

I normality don’t do ratings but i have to for this one. So I have to now rate pizza hut in leesburg a 1. Not because the food is bad because I really like pizza hut but the fact that the guy making the pizzas , putting on all the toppings was doing that with no gloves on. And yes, anyone standing at the counter could see. Wear yo gloves while making food for everyone!

Normally Pizza Hut is on point but to order delivery and then get a text saying that Door Dash will be delivering my food threw me off. I know people are just trying to make a living but when I see Door Dash drivers picking up orders from other restaurants looking like they haven’t showered in a few days, in sweat pants and flip flops and then throw someone’s order in the trunk and proceed to drive away with 4 other folks in the car, smoking cigarettes..I really don’t want them handling my food. Maybe Pizza Hut drivers are no better but I’ve never had a delivery by a Pizza Hut person that made me cringe… Pizza Hut, maybe you need to inform people that it’s an option for Door Dash or some other food delivery company to be delivering my food instead of sending a text message after the order.

Mostly, pizzas I get are well made, but requested well done and one pizza actually arrived slightly overcooked and light on toppings. Other pizza was close to perfect. Usually, pizza I get from this location rate good to very good.

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. BBQ sauce. Chicken. Cheese. That’s it. Simple. They got it wrong the first time, no problem we told them and the delivery man was very nice and fixed it. But of course it was messed up again but didn’t realize until the man left so we called & the manager has the nerve to get a nasty attitude BC SHE couldn’t get the pizza right twice. Mind you, we were very polite & would have tipped them more to bring another even after THEY messed it up. Also we order from this location nearly once a week, our card is on file with them, we are ALWAYS polite. But the manager was so rude on the phone & tried to say we were lying ab the pizza. Just because your embarrassed that you messed a 3 ingredient pizza up twice, dosent mean you can treat your customers poorly.
