I’m not sure why this location is rated so low. I went in skeptical but I left very surprised with the friendly staff and the speed of the experience. I would recommend this KFC location to anyone. Great place to grab a quick unhealthy bite for those times you get weird cravings.

The chicken strips were over cooked the potato wedges were dried out inside. The girl taking the order had no clue on anything every question I asked her she had to ask someone in the back. All around a bad Restaurant.

Fast service, clean, polite crew. There unfortunatly was woman who was very upset and being hostile towards the on site Manger. I was impressed by how well he maintained composure and worked to de-escalate the situation. No matter how hard he tried to make it right she wanted no part if it.

Not a pleasant experience at all. I ended up here only because it was too hot to drive to the restaurant of my intent. First thing was the disregard for Covid 19 precautions. I saw no masks or gloves. Their sign stated that what they are doing is using tongs. OK Fine. In spite of being the only one in line there was a wait to give my order and a ridiculously long wait to receive my order. Staff was multitasking without gloves or handwashing. Though I could smell chicken being cooked, the chicken put on my sandwich was flat, and not hot, fresh, or tender. The patty was shaped like a thigh and was stringy like one. I returned it and the employee argued about the freshness of the chicken. It took too long to redo the sandwich considering it’s only a piece of chicken on a bun. So, wouldn’t you think that they would find a fresher piece? No, it was exactly the same. The entire staff there needs a surprise inspection. No one should attempt to eat what I was served. Hopefully, this was their worst day.

Waited 24 minutes two get 2 chicken sandwiches (combos), and they still messed up the order. Went inside lobby so instructions were clear. Watched as they prepared other customer food. It was horrible, they move at a snails pace. No urgency whatsoever. Need better management. Won’t be going back to that location.

Ordered two combos, after paying I was told there was no biscuits and that we had to settle for cookies with no option. After getting home, which is 15 minutes away, I saw there was no gravy for my extra side of mashed potatoes. After calling twice no one wanted to answer. We paid 30 dollars for our food and our food was also cold. Do not recommend this KFC.

Not very good. My daughter and I had the strips were too hard and not very tasty. They were over cooked. No napkins or forks were in our drive thru bag. We asked for honey mustard dipping sauce for both of our orders and only received 1 dipping sauce in total and it was ranch ( not what we asked for).
