For a grand opening I know it’s chaotic but when your corporate members don’t know what is going on with the “first people” give aways it’s concerning. The lady who I was told was corporate said that after the first 5 the next 20 people get 1 meal per month (12 meals) when the paper they hand out clearly states it’s 4 meals in one month much lower than 12. On top of that instead of “first 5 people and first 20 people” it’s first families so don’t even bother bringing anyone of relation with you as they wont receive anything even after standing in line for 3-5hours. They only have room for about 5ish people in their PoS area and are not using both registers. Along side long wait times for orders if the cashier hits pay the order gets sent back so if you weren’t done ordering you need to ask them to check that the back receives the change in order.

Mustard Seed, my favorite place that closed down still holds a special place in my heart. Even though I only visit Missoula a couple of times a year, I make it a point to indulge in its flavors. But now, I’ve discovered a new gem within walking distance of my shop, Glass Specialist. This place is not just good; it’s “wake-up-at-midnight-craving” good. Despite a few negative reviews, which are probably just a result of the place being new and attracting an eager crowd, trust me when I say the food here is worth it. Pro tip: download the app and bid farewell to waiting in line! Order it 20-25 mins before arrival.

Chaotic opening. Everyone is trying to get in on the new restaurant. We were told that the wait time would be 30-35 minutes for our food, However food made it out in roughly 10 minutes.

Waited 35 minutes then had to ask where my order was. So it took 5 minutes more to get mediocre food. The steak was tough and not seasoned. The teriyaki sauce they put in the bag is really just soy sauce. They gave me an extra egg roll for their error. The women at the cash register knew how long I had been sitting since she took my order. Would definitely not recommend this restaurant. Not worth 18.00.

Great place. Understandably busy being new and good. The crowds have them living up to the madness in their name. The food was great!

This place has wayy too many workers standing in one space, the cashier wasn’t even welcoming the atmosphere is so loud/ chaotic. I felt like everyone there could be more welcoming, the food is okay but that’s just my opinion

Great food! I love ordering on apps and picking up my food orders to-go. If you’re like me, you’ll be happy. Personally, I wouldn’t want to order in-store and definitely don’t expect to eat there. Hope this info helps! It’s expensive and the store is TINY, but overall, a good experience. I’ll be back (probably 1-2x/week, because teriyaki is my favorite)!

We waited an hour for our food because they forgot about us. We watched person after person who came way after us get their food. Three of those people noticed and mentioned it to us. After finally receiving our order, a meager apology and offer to reprint our receipt. No refund, no coupon or complimentary item. No compensation AT ALL. Upon getting home, we come to find that one of the sauce containers wasn’t properly sealed and now all of our napkins, utensils and containers are covered in sauce. I understand you just had your grand opening and things a little chaotic but you are NOT off to a great start.
