My family and I have been regulars of Luckys for years. However, the young girl at the front desk decided to up charge me for my food when I paid a different price three days prior. She told me depending on who’s working the price may change when it comes to the up charge. VERY POOR service since the older gentleman left.. the younger employees should be properly trained on how to properly address customer discrepancies! For that I WILL NOT be ordering from here anymore because there are many other places who value loyal customers. Disgraceful

I got the general tsos chicken. The food was fine. My problem is by the time I opened it the sauce had spilled and gotten everywhere. I called the restaurant to leave feedback and the girl at the front acted like I was bothering her. Me a paying customer calling to leave feedback was bothering her. Very strange.

I’m just not happy with this, I spend 27$ on (2) orders wings and fries. In addition I gave a tip. I just got home opened the box, theses fries look like it was fried in last minute burned grease. The chicken looks good but the fries and the chicken should not be the same dark color. For the price I payed I’m just not satisfied. Probably wouldn’t return unless I give them clear instructions not to make my fries in old dirty grease, which I shouldn’t have to say all of that. My advice check your food before you leave!

My friend is moving into this village center, and we love checking out small local places like this. Lucky’s is perfect in every way: food served on plastic plates like you’re eating with your family, hard-working servers that bring out your food really fast, kinda cheesy Asian decorations and rainbow lights, and a kitchen with hustle energy–we could hear someone back there cracking the whip and making sure stuff was getting DONE. Most importantly of all, the food is TASTY: we got dumplings, pork buns, the Dragon & Phoenix, General Tso’s chicken, sauteed tofu & veggies, a Thai tea, and the half iced tea half lemonade. That Dragon & Phoenix and General Tso’s were fabulous. The seafood tasted great and the crispiness of the chicken held up to the heavy sauce, which amazed and delighted me. Lucky’s is legit!

1-27-17 decided to go here with the wife on a Friday evening. Only 1 waitress, was nearly empty so no biggie. Ordered the valcanoe drink for 2, she said it would take 20 min because bartender was helping in the back. Didn’t under stand why on a Friday you only have 1 person working ..OK whatever . Ordered the crispy sesame shrimp. Wife ordered Mongolia beef. Hers was salty and had wayyy to many onions. Kind was breaded ..Not crispy at all. Worst part. The coupon we had said “complimentary entree when u order an entree of equal or greater value up to 5 dollars.”. So basically it’s 5 dollars off ..She admitted the coupon was misleading…Maybe I’ll stick with general tso next time ..
