Great grilled subs good quality good prices nice friendly staff best fast food in town I highly recommend! The staff was really friendly here. They talk to me like we’ve known each other for years. They explain to me about the potatoes and how many they go through each day because they actually use a machine that they put raw potatoes in and cut the potatoes right there to make their fries and believe me they are amazing. He had me try them with their malted vinegar which I probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise, but I take a chance and I’m glad that I did. It was a really good it was a friendly environment. I think it would be fine to bring your family here this experience. I had the Italian sub cooked on the grill and it was really good. I definitely recommend trying that sub.

Finally got the perfect sub! Perfect meat, sauce, and veggie ratio. I personally like more lettuce than what was given, but also not complaining. Wish they offered a mini fry order. The staff was very friendly!

It was just ‘okay’ for the price. The workers were friendly, food was hot and freshly cooked, but it was kind of bland. Seemed underseasoned. It cost almost $50 for two people to get sandwiches and fries and drinks. The fries were alright but seemed like they needed more salt.

Came in on Monday July 31st, 2023 around 5pm the girl working was phenomenal!! Although she was busy cooking, ringing up orders and helping the young man that was working with her, she had a positive and kind attitude. I’m very impressed and I hope that she sees this as well as management. It’s so rare these days to come across employees that are positive, efficient, and really good at their job. I didn’t catch her name but I’m hoping by putting the date and time on this review will make it easier to find her and let her know that her hard work and great attitude are very appreciated. I hope Penn Station does whatever it takes to keep this amazing young woman working here.

Food and service are consistently good! However, every surface in the restaurant is either sticky or seems to be covered in some sort of film from, perhaps, leftover cleaning product or food mess. The floor is also usually quite slippery, perhaps with the same film. Just seems unclean each time we go in. We love have lunch there but I always leave feeling kind of gross due to the environment.

Went in toward the end of the night. They apparently were running low on the meat for the philly cheese steak so they used what little they had and filled the space with mayonnaise. My husband ordered the same sandwich and his had the amount of meat we are used to. I would rather they had given me the option to choose a smaller sandwich or a different sandwich.
